Former U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum is giving a speech at an anti-abortion rally on the S.C. capitol grounds at noon today. The event is sponsored by the South Carolina Citizens for Life. Santorum will also be speaking to Republicans in Aiken County on Monday.Santorum is planning to run for the Republican presidential nomination in 2012 and is currently a contributor to the Fox News Channel.
Syndicated advice columnist, Dan Savage, successfully made Rick Santorum's last name a sex term that has caught on and it has widely been reported as "Santorum's Google problem." Santorum has been defined as "The frothy mix of lube and fecal matter that is sometimes the byproduct of anal sex."
The juvenile gag does not seem to be deterring Satorum today or his plans for 2012.
